Today I had got a flashback. I wear a heavy cotton check shirt with slim jeans and black oxford shoes by Paul & Joe. I would like to do a question about the pocket handkerchief around my neck. What do you think? Is it cool? Would you advise it to your best friend?

I don't not think s handkercihef is cool around the neck, but it is good when worn in a pocket
